- Actively attracting women through public presentations that speak to the breadth of careers available within the industry for women
- Promoting diverse leadership teams where women make up 10-30% of the organizational board of directors and the senior leadership team
- Striving to ensure at least two qualified women are shortlisted for each position
- Providing female staff with development opportunities such as sponsorship or mentorship, leadership development programs, co-op and summer student placements
- Publicly sharing stories of successful women in the organization
- Engaging with other organizations and colleges/universities to promote women in STEM
