There are a number of tools to guide organizations through a formal assessment of gender diversity.
This lesson highlights a recent initiative developed by Electricity Human Resources Canada (EHRC) – the “Leadership Accord on Gender Diversity”. The Accord offers employers a self-assessment guide that is flexible and practical. This assessment tool can be applied to a wide range of STEM workplaces.
