The self assessment is comprehensive but it is not difficult to complete. Quantitative and qualitative evidence can be entered in the tables; gaps or missing information can be flagged.
An organization uses this evidence to rate its performance based on a simple scale between 0 and 3. This information is used to calculate an overall score for gender diversity performance as well as to identify areas of strength and those that need improvement.
