Open a conversation with women to share their career aspirations and create opportunities to align individual goals with corporate goals. Take action to ensure that negative behaviours – including harassment, bias, and bullying – do not diminish women’s career aspirations.
Create and share a list of skills and attributes necessary for promotion into each role within the company so there is full transparency about the requirements and selection processes.
Support the advancement of women through a sponsorship program where established leaders are paired with women who seek support and guidance in their careers. Sponsors advocate for the women they are helping throughout the promotion process.
