Data Collection and Analysis
Ensure that personal and demographic data is collected in a way that protects privacy and does not link findings back to individuals within the company.
Gather and analyze data that recognizes multiple and intersecting dimensions of identity, including but not limited to, age, race, gender, LGBQ+, trans identity, religion, disability and accessibility needs, socioeconomic status, and more.
Use intersectional data to inform actionable steps towards change. Provide employees with a timeline for implementation to address their needs. Note: Watch out for our upcoming lesson on Intersectionality.
