I have found many new photographers struggle with this. Not only are they looking to trademark their work, but they are also finding means to spend money on doing so. While many would find trademark class for photography, some just put their watermark and be done with it. I suggest doing the latter because not only does it help prevent you from the legal hassle, but also helps you in case any legal hassle does occur in the future. So, it is better that you keep your name trademarked, but you do not always have to trademark your work. What do you think?
